Recently, I started studying the work of AI and remembered about the boycott of artists, that their work would simply be taken away. I laughed at them, considering them to be the successors of the Luddites, but I realized that AI has something to learn from, I wonder where companies got the basis for all AI skills? ;) I also recalled the recent lawsuit by The New York Times against Openal and Microsot, because chatgpt used their materials for training, without paying. It sounds funny, especially if we recall the loud and audacious struggle of corporations against piracy: the closure of Megaupload, the attempted closure of The pirate bay (they almost morally killed the founders), Napster and many others. As a result, corporations turned out to be the biggest pirates.
